Job Title: Construction Business Development Director (ACE)

In this role you will be a doer builder and strategist to drive existing market expansion in the Architecture Construction and Engineering (ACE) industries. You will have a massive impact within the businesss bottom line. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth by positioning our solutions and services as the partner of choice within the ACE sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Pipeline Development
- Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the ACE industry.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring consistent activity and progress toward revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers project managers architects engineers and construction leaders.
- Client Engagement
- Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and tailor proposals to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.
- Strategic Growth
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for ACE industry outreach.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows networking events and professional associations.
- Develop partnerships with complementary service providers consultants and contractors to expand reach and influence.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Track and report on sales activities progress and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership.
