Job Summary
As a key member of the Global Security team you will: - Lead and conduct large-scale security and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.- Lead projects by setting priorities and measurable objectives cross-functional dependencies planning resourcing scheduling communication implementation and subsequent monitoring and reporting on the process progress and results.- Collaborate effectively with internal teams the business and external partners to define project requirements manage expectations and ensure seamless execution.- Drive issue resolution across all project areas leveraging strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges.- Provide strong project management leadership guiding assigned resources and partners to achieve project deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Develop close working relationships with other Global Security managers to ensure seamless execution.- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.- Manage project budgets effectively including cost estimation vendor payments and adherence to financial guidelines.- Oversee technical suppliers ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and Apples standards.- Develop and implement premier solutions that are fully integrated with Apples Global Security standards.- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical deliverables through meticulous review and attention to detail.- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment promoting teamwork communication and knowledge sharing.- Maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and documentation ensuring accessibility and adherence to established standards.- Quickly adapt to new processes and technologies demonstrating a proactive and self-directed approach to learning.- Manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity adhering to Apples strict security protocols- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders creating clear and concise diagrams schedules and presentations to convey project information.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management with a focus on security technology implementations.
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Security Management Construction Management Project Management) is desired but not required with equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level Access Control Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) and Video Management Systems (VMS) engineering and architecture is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Position will reside in Singapore and will require international travel.
