Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and Aramco-approved Corporate HSE Manager to lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) programs across all oil and gas pipeline projects. This senior leadership role ensures compliance with Saudi Aramco standards international regulations (e.g. ISO 45001 ISO 14001) and fosters a proactive safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate HSE strategies policies and objectives aligned with Aramco and company requirements.
  • Lead mentor and supervise a team of HSE Managers to ensure consistent performance and reporting.
  • Oversee risk assessments audits inspections and compliance reviews across pipeline project sites.
  • Manage incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective action closure.
  • Approve HSE plans Emergency Response Plans Permit-to-Work systems and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
  • Monitor HSE KPIs and performance metrics reporting findings to corporate leadership and clients.
  • Drive HSE training awareness and competency programs for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure environmental compliance waste management and pollution prevention initiatives.
  • Liaise with Aramco inspectors regulators and contractors on HSE matters.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety across pipeline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Safety or Environmental Science.
  • Aramco HSE Approval is mandatory.
  • Additional certifications such as NEBOSH OSHA ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
  • 15 years of HSE experience in oil and gas pipeline projects including leadership of HSE teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Aramco and international HSE standards.
  • Excellent leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
