Join Planon as a market research graduation intern in Nijmegen starting February 2026. At Planon you will work on a variety of creative projects for our Innovation Lab based directly at our head office in Nijmegen. You will have plenty of opportunity to learn and use your creativity in this varied this dynamic and innovative working environment you will gain valuable experience alongside colleagues with different areas of expertise. This internship is intended as a graduation internship for students who want to complete their studies with practical research in an innovative environment.
Every journey begins with a first step. At Planon you will have the opportunity to gain valuable and unique experiences that will shape your future. During this internship you will be part of the Innovation Lab a place where innovation takes center stage. The Innovation Lab functions as a living lab where we explore and demonstrate the possibilities of innovative building technology while experimenting with new and existing technologies on a daily basis. You will contribute to the development and creation of content for showcases and addition we are particularly interested in your fresh ideas for developing and deploying new demos in an innovative and creative way. As an intern you will be working on:
- Learning developing and getting to know the business world.
- Sharing creative ideas: Bring your fresh insights and help the team and the organization move forward with innovative concepts and solutions.
- Investigate what the market will look like in 5 years: Depending on your topic you will investigate how this is relevant to Planon and advise how the Innovation Lab can respond to this. Think of topics such as: drones & intelligence water scarcity dark data or a topic that you propose yourself.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with colleagues from different areas of expertise to achieve common goals and implement new ideas.
- Explore new and existing technologies: Investigate how these technologies could potentially contribute to Planons innovations.

- A bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration Facility Management Commercial Economics or any other field of study that involves market research.
- You are self-reliant.
- You have a good command of English and Dutch.
- You have good communication skills.
- You dare to think outside the box.
This internship is based at our head office in Nijmegen and is easily accessible by public transport. Our colleagues work hybrid but also enjoy coming to the office which is seen as a green clubhouse where different cultures come together. During this internship you will be part of the Innovation Lab which is part of the Development department. You will also work closely with our colleagues from the Innovation Lab on a daily basis. You will find yourself in a pleasant informal atmosphere where we are all enthusiastic about innovation. You will work from our head office in Nijmegen on a daily basis. Your internship supervisors will be the Manager of the Innovation Lab and the Project Manager of the Innovation Lab. Together they will provide you with excellent guidance both professionally and personally.
