Key Responsibilities for Sales Representative:
- Identify and pursue new residential restoration sales opportunities through networking referrals and cold outreach.
- Conduct property inspections and assessments to determine scope of restoration services.
- Educate customers about company services and eco-friendly solutions.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters contractors and homeowners to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with clients throughout the restoration process to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and sales activities in CRM software.
- 2 years of sales experience preferably in restoration construction or home services.
- Knowledge of water fire and mold restoration processes is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
