Associate Product Analyst

Position

WCF Insurance is growing and the Product team has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a Associate Product Analyst. This is a full-time exempt position that works in WCFs Sandy Utah headquarters building Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. The role reports to the Manager Product Analytics.

The Associate Product Analyst supports the product and pricing team by assisting with data collection basic analysis and reporting tasks. This entry-level role is designed to build foundational skills in insurance analytics and product development contributing to the teams success while learning industry practices and tools.

Responsibilities

Product & Pricing Support

• Assist in gathering and cleaning data for analysis.
• Support the creation of reports and dashboards under supervision.
• Help maintain documentation for pricing tools and regulatory filings.
• Conduct preliminary research on market trends and competitor products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with guidance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform basic data analysis to support pricing and product decisions.
• Generate standard reports and visualizations using Excel or other tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for reporting.
• Document analysis processes and findings for review by senior team members.

Accountability & Requirements

• Deliver accurate and timely support for data collection reporting and documentation tasks.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and follow established processes.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and development in insurance analytics and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and seek guidance when needed.
• Contribute to team goals by completing assigned tasks with attention to detail.
• Support the maintenance of pricing tools and documentation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business economics mathematics or a related field.
• 01 years of experience; internships or coursework in insurance or data analysis preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

WCF Insurance offers an extensive compensation package. Benefits include Medical Dental and Vision insurance company paid life insurance 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program and time off to volunteer. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year. Expected salary for this position is $58000 - $72000 depending on experience and education.

Internal candidates should have acceptable job performance 6 months in their current position and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
