Accounting Associate

We have an opening for an Accounting Associate to assist in out accounting department..
Responsibilities:
- Process Daily / Weekly Consignment Customer Invoicing.
- Monthly reconciliation of Consignment Customer accounts and inventory.
- Research resolve and escalate accounts with past due aging.
- Compile various reports for Management & key team members
- Supports Staff Accountants by performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks including data entry and account reconciliation
- Maintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external).
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.
- Solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
- Attention to detail self starter and organization skills.
- Basic PC skills intermediate excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems is a plus.
