Job Title: Registered Nurse ICU (Night Shift)
Location: Hyannis MA 02601
Type: 13-Week Contract Local or Travel
Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (36 hours/week) Every other weekend & rotating holidays
Float: Between ICU and CVICU
Pay: $2648.50/week (Travel Rate)

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse ICUfor an exciting Travel job in Hyannis MA.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Administer medications monitor responses and adjust care as needed.
Provide leadership and serve as a charge nurse when required.
Utilize electronic health records and nursing informatics effectively.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with care standards.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Maintain ongoing professional development and competency in ICU nursing practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
Certifications Required: BLS ACLS PALS.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or critical care experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- CCRN TCAR or De-escalation certification
- Skills in hemodynamic monitoring ventilator management and intracranial pressure monitoring
