Job Summary
Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patients home supporting multiple therapies:
Home Oxygen
Nebulisers
Ventilations
Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation training on how to use equipment servicing and removal.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Main Accountabilities
1. Responsible for collection cleaning disinfection control and maintenance activities in compliance with applicable hygiene standards technical reliability and regulatory compliance.
2. Manage the activity via performance indicators optimize operations within the allocated budget. Express investments needs in line with the Groups recommendations and ensure optimization of the of invested Medical Devices.
3. Manage relations with internal customers and external stakeholders (suppliers carriers etc.) in order to guarantee optimum quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Team Management. Anticipate and organize the resources in line with objectives and challenges.
5. Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Differentiating Criteria
Level of Expertise: Very good knowledge and share expertise / Technical Reference
Decision-Making Authority: latitude regarding process flow and order of completion.
Report to onsite supervisor.
May conduct training for employees on areas of expertise.
