Job Description:

Position: CAD / Working Drawings Executive

Department:Design & Production
Location:Byculla West
Reporting To:Technical Head / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Preparedetailed shop drawings working plans schematics and elevationsfor thecosting and production departments.
• Developaccurate and comprehensive detail drawingsas per project requirements acrossinterior exhibition stand and retail environmentsto ensure seamless production and execution.
• Createdetailed BOQs(Bill of Quantities) for accurate costing and budgeting.
• Conductsite visits supervision and surveys; preparerecce reportsandmaterial planningdocuments where required.
• Providedaily project progress reportsand maintain documentation for project tracking.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects ofinterior exhibition and retail furniture projects ensuring design intent and build quality are maintained.
• Preparearchitectural detailsand technical drawings usingAutoCAD / Revit / SketchUpas per design intent.
• Assist infinish and material selection ensuring alignment with design specifications and budget.
• Take precisesite measurementsand update as-built drawings accordingly.
• Coordinate withvendors and fabricatorsfor special projects and bespoke detailing.
• Overseeon-site execution including supervision of labour and fabrication teams ensuring smoothinstallation of exhibition stands retail furniture and interior setups.

Skills & Software Proficiency

• Strong working knowledge ofAutoCADRevitSketchUp and preferablySolidWorksfor detailing and visualization.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excelfor BOQ preparation and data management.
• Ability to interpret design drawings and convert them into detailed working drawings.
• Excellent understanding ofmaterials finishes and fabrication processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective on-site and vendor management.

Most importantly he/sheshould be from a similarindustry or background anyone working for the below:

- Architectural background.

- Furniture manufacturing.

-Exhibitionfabrication/ production ( MOST Preferred)

-Interior Designing and Execution.
