As an Innovation Strategy Intern at McKesson you will gain hands-on experience supporting our business by assisting with innovation strategy planning data collection & analysis and assessing the competitive landscape. You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Insights & Innovation to:
- Gather and analyze customer intelligence: Explore primary and secondary customer research methodologies and how to apply them in business settings.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence: Conduct competitive market research to uncover trends and use them to formulate product strategy.
- Build compelling problem & action statements: Synthesize collected into evidence-based problem statements that direct future actions.
- Gain experience in healthcare strategy: Join a Center of Excellence to learn how healthcare innovation works from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Social Sciences Public Health Business Administration Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Experience assisting or leading research activities such as interviews focus groups statistical analysis document review evaluation etc.
- Excited about complex healthcare challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
