As a CNC Machinist you will set up operate and troubleshoot CNC machines to manufacture high-quality railroad track materials. This role requires attention to detail the ability to read blueprints and G-code and the confidence to problem-solve on the spot. Youll work with 3 and 5-axis CNC machines ensuring precise execution of machining tasks while maintaining high production standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machines to produce rail components with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints G-code and machine specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect finished products troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilize manual tools and equipment as needed to support production.

You should be highly organized adaptable and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions are critical. A high school diploma or GED is required along with familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
