About the Role
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career whos eager to learn collaborate and grow in a fast-paced environment. Youll work alongside experienced designers product thinkers and brand strategists to bring ideas to life - whether thats creating visuals for social media refining UI layouts or contributing to brand and product design systems.

Tasks

What Youll Do
As a Junior Designer your day-to-day will be a blend of learning experimentation and creative execution. Youll:

Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads on design projects.
Support the creation of brand and marketing assets across digital platforms.
Contribute to design systems visual libraries and reusable components.
Participate in brainstorms design critiques and collaborative workshops.
Assist in preparing mockups presentations and case studies.
Continuously explore new design tools trends and techniques to enhance your craft.

Requirements

Youll thrive here if you:

Have a strong foundation in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Understand the basics of layout hierarchy colour and typography.
Are comfortable taking feedback and collaborating in a team setting.
Are self-motivated proactive and take ownership of your work.
Have a portfolio that demonstrates your process and design thinking.
