Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 20hrs per week; TuesdaySaturday 6:00 AM10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
- Primarily focused on photo editing quality control and final enhancementsnot full editing from scratch.
- Hands-on work in Adobe Photoshop for detailed real estate photo improvements.
- Consistent repeatable editing process supporting professional real estate presentations.
- Review edited real estate photos for color accuracy lighting balance alignment and visual consistency.
- Perform final Photoshop adjustments including color correction exposure enhancement sky replacement and removal of unwanted objects or distractions.
- Ensure all images meet client style preferences and brand quality guidelines before delivery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Vietnamese photo editor to coordinate workflow provide feedback and resolve any quality concerns.
- Upload and deliver all final edited photos by noon Eastern Time.
- Participate in initial training and feedback sessions to align editing techniques and standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required).
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required
- Proven experience in photo editing retouching and visual quality assurance.
- Background in real estate photo editing or architectural imagery (preferred).
- Excellent attention to visual detail and ability to maintain consistency across large photo sets.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role related to photo or graphics workflows (preferred).
