About the role
Were looking for a hands-on and driven Central Operations Manager to lead our Norwegian Central Operations team the hub connecting first middle and last-mile logistics for both our Box and Home services.
Youll play a key role in one of Instabees largest and fastest-growing markets ensuring our operations run smoothly efficiently and at scale. With strong growth foundations already in place this is the time to push the pace driving continuous improvements supporting expansion and building a structure that can grow with us.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on combining strategy and execution and who wants to make a real impact in shaping how millions of parcels move across Norway.
Some of the things you will do
- Lead coach and develop a Central Operations team of six
Take ownership of team results including cost quality and delivery performance
Identify prioritise and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and scalability
Ensure risk management processes and operational routines are in place and followed
Align strategies and daily operations with Instabees long-term goals and targets
Collaborate closely with Operations Tech and Commercial teams to secure seamless performance
Ensure recruitment onboarding and capability development so the team has the right resources to succeed
Your future team
Youll join a dedicated and ambitious Central Operations team based in Oslo. Together the team manages our nationwide network and ensures that every parcel is handled with precision care and speed.

What were looking for
- Experience from operations logistics or transport management
A structured analytical and improvement-driven mindset
Strong collaboration and communication skills with an empathic leadership style
Fluency in Norwegian and English
Leadership experience or clear leadership potential we value your drive to grow as a leader just as much as your current experience
