Job summary:-

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer with 3 to 5years of experience in the High raise Residential/ Commercial building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation BBS RCC and Finishing Rate analysis project budgeting for residential and commercial projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of ongoing and upcoming developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project drawings

and specifications. Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and cost plans.

2-Tendering & Procurement Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) tender documents and assist in

evaluating contractor bids. Support the procurement of subcontractors materials and services.

3-Cost Control & Monitoring Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the budget. Track variations

value engineering opportunities and provide cost reports.

5-Site Coordination Liaise with site engineers contractors and consultants for measurement and

verification. Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work done for payments.

6-Reporting Prepare regular cost and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders . Provide

input on cost implications of design changes and project scope revisions.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.35

years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.

Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software. Excellent analytical Negotiation and communication

Skills Details-

Oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes Experience in residential commercial projects.
