Service Desk Analyst with Polish

Your Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone chat email and self-service portal
Log track and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLA targets
Coordinate with internal teams and resolver groups for escalations
Communicate updates clearly and maintain user satisfaction
Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Adhere to company policies procedures and quality standards
Participate in process improvement and contribute to service excellence

Your Profile

Native/fluent Polish speaker (C1) good command of English (B2)
13 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Application / Technical Support (L1L2)
Bachelors in IT Computer Science or equivalent experience
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow BMC Remedy HPSM etc.)
Understanding of SDLC operating systems and database basics
Experience with SAP or enterprise application support
ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification (MCSE is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused organized and adaptable in a dynamic environment
