Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities and build a strong customer base within the North East and South East regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the bakery industry.
- Promote and sell a variety of bakery products ensuring clients understand the quality and value of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Travel to customer locations conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and potential leads.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Qualifications:- Proven sales experience preferably in the food bakery or related industries.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running and independently generate business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building long-lasting relationships.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to stay motivated and maintain a high level of energy.
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel (approximately 1.5 weeks per month) within the North East and South East regions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (Car allowance provided).
Compensation and Benefits:- Competitive salary range of $80000 - $95000 based on experience.
