OF SERVICES
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles requires the services of1 Software Developer 1 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications ofSoftware Developer 1 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

Provides the agency with a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to enable a consistent SharePoint experience across the Departments. Training will be provided to enable each division to have the ability to maintain their own SharePoint site moving forward. Additionally the use of SharePoint will enable better transparency safely sharing of information and version control of documents.

Creates SharePoint sites workflows and forms by following best practices.
Leads design scope implementation governance and documentation for a MS SharePoint migration to SharePoint Online.
Manages adding users controlling access to document libraries and setting permissions.
Works directly with IT support staff to configure SharePoint systems to specified requirements and perform maintenance of the SharePoint platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
Provide systems training to staff and customers.
Provide integration support of other office 365 applications such as Teams OneDrive and Azure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
