Job Summary
Tasks
- Lead and manage development projects in the high-voltage field in close coordination with the R&D Team and Head of Development
- Design and develop high-voltage systems and components (mechanical & electrical focus)
- Take responsibility for subprojects within the international R&D team
- Build expertise in materials and process technology to support innovation
- Ensure technical quality project timelines and budgets are met
- Act as an interface between R&D production quality and customer projects
- Contribute to innovation and new product ideas within the company strategy
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in product development in the field of high-voltage systems or components
- Degree as a Design Engineer with FH diploma (or equivalent technical background) combined with proven development experience
- Solid 3D CAD skills
- Experience in project planning testing and R&D processes is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) enabling smooth communication with international stakeholders
- Responsible result-oriented personality with an innovative and collaborative mindset
