Studio Natura is a high-end healthy food and coffee brand in Berlin known for fresh made-to-order food without refined sugars artificial sweeteners or GMOs. We serve premium sandwiches cookies cakes protein smoothies matcha and coffee and are expanding with our second store soon.

The Role
Were looking for a creative and proactive brand and content manager to grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok aswell as position our brand. Youll be responsible for planning producing and posting engaging short-form video and photo content that reflects the Studio Natura lifestyle and drives engagement. You will also be responsible to create partnerships with our brands and plan these.

Tasks

Create authentic high-quality content (video photo and Reels/TikToks) directly in our stores
Capture our daily atmosphere products and people in a natural and aesthetic way
Develop and implement creative ideas for growth and engagement
Manage posting schedules trends and community interaction
Work closely with our team to align on new menu items launches and promotions
Work with our brands to create interesting partnerships

Requirements

Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media aesthetics
Experience with Reels/TikTok video creation and editing (on phone or laptop)
Confident shooting and editing independently
Awareness of food wellness and lifestyle trends
Reliable proactive and hands-on attitude
Based in Berlin and available regularly on-site
