Pay Rate: $24 - $28/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

12-hr Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
8-hr Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care support daily clinical operations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patients conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician.
Document patient care observations and treatments accurately in the medical record.
Assist in patient admissions discharges and transfers.
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with RNs physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
