Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Local candidates only; 3 days/week hybrid onsite requirement

- Must have insurance domain experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong mainframe programming skills (COBOL JCL CICS IMS)
- Production support experience preferably in insurance/finance domain
- Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to understand complex business logic and analyze systems/data
- Ability to identify required changes and assess impact on products and system functionalities
- Basic SQL and data analysis experience
- Additional qualifications (preferred):
- Knowledge of Assembler programming in IBM Mainframe environment
- Familiarity with CLOAS Policy Administration System
- Understanding of LTC insurance products and premiums
- Experience in managed services onshore-offshore model and SLA/work queue management
- Agile environment experience (Scrum or Kanban)
- IMS database experience in MVS and CICS environment
- Advanced SQL programming skills
- Experience with modern mainframe development and testing tools
