Job Summary
HARD START- 11/17 ICU/CCU NIGHTS 3 YEAR EXP! every other weekend required! possible float to DOU Tele or Med Tele Required Certifications: ACLS BLS CPI MAB or VIP NIHSS Skills Required: FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Multi-system organ failure Obtain 12 lead EKG IV insulin protocols Chronic/Acute Renal failure Accessing Ports Arterial line management Blood Product Administration Central line care/management PICC line management Starting IVs Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade Continuous IV sedation Emergency Medications Procedural Sedation Administration Titrate Cardiac drips Titrate Vasoactive drips CVA/Acute Stroke management Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun Assist with management of BiPAP Assist with management of CPAP High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Interpretation of ABGs Suctioning (ETT NT) Ventilator Management Infection Prevention Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE Phlebotomy Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal Care of Ventilated Patient RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment. NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS RTO MAX. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK HOLIDAYS Please Note: Once RTO is submitted this cannot be changed unless it s to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
