Job Title: Senior Vice President (SVP) of Solution Delivery

Location: Global Position Based in Hoffman Estates IL

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Type: hybrid 3-2 to begin with additional flexibility will be driven by teams needs

Base Salary: $300000 - $350000/yr

Bonus: $150k-$200k based on meeting the targets and KPIs

Position Summary:

As the Senior Vice President of Solution Delivery you will serve as a key member of the Global Leadership Team overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Vistexs technology solutions across the globe. You will be responsible for scaling and optimizing solution delivery operations to meet the demands of our rapidly growing customer base. Your leadership will ensure that Vistex solutions are implemented with operational excellence exceeding client expectations and driving strategic value. This role is both highly strategic and execution-focused requiring exceptional leadership delivery expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Define and execute a global delivery strategy aligned with Vistexs growth and product roadmap.
Partner closely with the CEO and board to plan and implement short- mid- and long-term strategic goals.
Drive operational scalability while maintaining delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Customer-Centric Delivery

Oversee the successful implementation of Vistex software and services including SAP-based and cloud solutions to ensure client SLAs and business outcomes are met.
Lead customer engagement strategy and provide executive-level oversight on key accounts and escalations.
Devise and execute strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction and solution impact.

Global Team Leadership

Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed team of 600 professionals including program directors solution architects consultants engineers and delivery managers.
Mentor senior leaders to build a high-performance collaborative and innovative culture.
Champion talent development succession planning and organizational design.

Governance Process & Financial Management

Establish and enforce governance models KPIs and delivery frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
Manage budgets resource utilization and profitability of solution delivery.
Lead risk and issue management processes across client engagements to ensure timely resolution and quality outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

Partner with Product Engineering Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure delivery aligns with client needs and market trends.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across tools methodologies and delivery practices.
Evaluate and pursue strategic alliances or partnerships that enhance delivery capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (MBA or Masters preferred).
15 years of experience in technology services or software consulting including 10 years in senior executive roles.
Proven track record managing global delivery of complex multi-million-dollar enterprise projects.
Expert-level understanding of SAP platforms cloud technologies and enterprise IT systems.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L for global delivery operations.
