Overview:
We are seeking reliable dedicated individuals to join our team supporting operations at a secure nuclear facility. This role requires a strong commitment to safety integrity and compliance with federal regulations.Key Requirements:
- Drug Screening:Candidates must passtwo drug tests including a urinalysis. Ongoingannual testingmay be required as part of continued employment.
- Background Check:A comprehensive background check is required.
- FFD Testing:Must passFFD (Fit for Duty)testing in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) standards.
- Psychological Evaluation:May be required depending on role and project assignment.
- Physical Readiness:Candidates must be able to perform all general physical and mental duties outlined in the standard job description.
- Badge Access:Yellow badge access is required to start work. The badging process takes approximately25 weeks with onboardingtypically beginning around week 3after the first phase of testing is complete.

Job Specifics:
- Position Title: Supervisor
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- General Location: Waynesboro GA
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour
- Facility Type: Nuclear/Energy/Government Facility
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
General Duties:
- Managing Individuals and their performance
- Inspecting work
- Filling in when employees are absent
- Training new employees
- Bathrooms:
- Block off restrooms with proper signage when possible
- Stock and clean dispensers
- Clean all glass and countertops
- Disinfect and clean all fixtures
- Remove trash
- Make one more trash run at the end of the day to reduce trash pulling time at night
- Replace air fresheners every 90 days and high dust when the air fresheners are changed
- Change urinal screens every 30 days
- Common Areas and Lobby:
- Clean the inside and outside of all entrance area glass and windowsills
- Vacuum entrance mats
- Police outside 10ft from entrance and pull trash
- Replace any dispensers (hand sanitizer)
- Spot clean glass in all high touch point areas
- Clean high touch points routinely throughout the day
- Low dust
- Elevators - check for fingerprints on panels and wipe down call buttons
- Police stairs for trash
- Clean gum or carpet spots
- Remove all common area trash cans
- Janitorial Closet:
- Clean and Organize
- Audit for chemical compliance
- Restock
- Manage inventory
