Commercial Express HVAC is a well-established Commercial HVAC company based in Sterling VA known for delivering high-quality mechanical services to commercial and industrial clients across the region. Due to continued growth we are proud to launch a dedicated Plumbing Division and are seeking skilled and motivated plumbers to help us build and shape this new arm of our business.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable experienced Plumber to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our plumbing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing systems an understanding of local codes and regulations and a commitment to safety quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines drainage systems fixtures and appliances.
- Read blueprints drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues; recommend and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with HVAC and construction teams to coordinate plumbing installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local state and federal plumbing codes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Uphold company safety standards and participate in safety training.
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Virginia (or ability to obtain).
- 5 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
