This role requires 9-5 onsite M-Th at Beaverton WHQ there is no exception or flexibility on this schedule due to the organization

The nature of this work will be Physical Security (NOT cyber security) and involve working with construction teams on installs for badge readers security design and cameras. There will also be software installs and configurations for camera analytics AI badging software etc. We need a strong PM that can gather requirements present status updates and manage a project with vendors end-to-end.

Experience working with construction vendors is a plus

Someone with Project/Change management experience could also be very successful in this role.

Manager wants to set up 3 rounds of interviews for this role

Manager mentioned his team has a lot of doers and he really needs someone that can guide the team with this project and anticipate the long term planning/goals. Someone that can see the big picture of what needs done and anticipate long term needs.

Project Scope Management: Works with project sponsors and customers to define; business benefits business requirements and project scope. Manages change control against scope and its impacts to time cost and quality

Project Time Management: Defines project schedule manages task assignments tracks work against schedule

Project Cost Management: Facilitates level of effort estimating and develops asset acquisition requirements; tracks and reports on actuals against forecast

Project Quality Management: Provides guidance and direction on project methodology and best practices to Nikes standard project methodology; Defines and manages project success/delivery criteria and monitors and reports on the realization of project success against criteria set.

Project Risk Management: Defines risk management plan analyzes risk for criticality probability and impact; Develops risk mitigation strategies assigns owner and actions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 years directly relevant experience.
  • Experience working with large enterprises ideally partnering with construction vendors
  • Must be a strong PM that can gather requirements present status updates and manage a project with vendors end-to-end.
  • Must have exceptional communication and cross-functional awareness
