Workday HCM Consultant
- Collaborate directly with HR leadership and stakeholders to assess current Workday HCM processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR functions within Workday ensuring clarity consistency and compliance.
- Create user-friendly guides training materials and process documentation to support HR teams in Workday adoption and usage.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (e.g. Core HCM Absence Talent Compensation) to align with organizational needs and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support for Workday troubleshooting enhancements and reporting requests from HR.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure Workday solutions are scalable secure and aligned with clients strategic goals.
