As a Clinical Services Coordinator at Edgewood youll have the important role of mentoring our caregivers! You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents.

Responsibilities:

Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning
Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care
Create a supportive and empowering learning environment
Document employees progress through testing and observation
Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications:

Active CNA & CMA license
Minimum of two years clinical experience
Prior experience training employees
Passion and drive for helping others
A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
