About the Role
Were hiring a Head of Marketing to own product marketing growth brand and partnerships for a fast-growing infrastructure startup serving developers.
This role will build and lead the marketing function from the ground up combining creativity data-driven execution and deep empathy for technical audiences.
Youll have the freedom to shape messaging design scalable demand generation programs and set the tone for how the brand communicates with customers and the broader ecosystem.
This is a hands-on full-time on-site role (5 days/week) in San Francisco.
What Youll Own
Product Marketing
- Translate complex technical features into clear customer-centric value propositions.
- Create collateral such as case studies pitch decks and one-pagers that communicate product differentiation.
- Drive customer education through documentation onboarding materials and email campaigns.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Define and track key growth metrics inbound leads pipeline creation and conversion rates.
- Build scalable repeatable demand channels beyond product launches (ads content email and partnerships).
- Experiment with paid acquisition strategies and measure ROI rigorously.
Brand & Content
- Maintain a high bar for creativity clarity and quality across all marketing touchpoints.
- Own the companys presence across social platforms and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop compelling content including customer stories launch videos blogs and PR placements.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute high-ROI events and conferences with focus on measurable returns.
- Build partnerships with industry influencers creators and ecosystem allies.
- Collaborate with design and creative vendors on swag digital assets and brand experiences.
Team & Leadership
- Build and lead a small but high-leverage marketing team across product marketing growth and brand.
- Establish clear goals campaign reporting and accountability frameworks.
- Partner with the leadership team on GTM strategy fundraising communications and key announcements.
