Job Summary
Our client a leading high-tech manufacturer serving the medical aerospace defense and semiconductor industries is seeking Shipping & Receiving Specialists to join their team. This role ensures the smooth flow of materials and products in and out of the facility maintaining accuracy quality and efficiency at every step.
Responsibilities:
Receive inspect and document incoming materials; report discrepancies or damage.
Pick pack and prepare outgoing shipments with accurate labeling and documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
Operate material handling equipment (forklift pallet jack etc.) safely.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements:
1 year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred).
Proficiency with inventory software and basic measurement tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and teamwork.
Valid drivers license; forklift certification a plus.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time weekday shifts.
$18$28/hr depending on experience and role level.
