Location: 100% Remote (USA MO preferred)

Job Summary

Are you looking for an engaging role in the real estate industry Our client is seeking an experienced Title Assumptions Closer. This role is responsible for managing the closing process for real estate transactions involving loan assumptions ensuring compliance with lender requirements prepares settlement statements and invoices prepares loan packages schedules signings with notary/attorneys coordinates with all parties and delivers a smooth closing experience from start to finish.

What youll do:

• Review loan documents title commitments/property reports and assumption agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with lenders borrowers attorneys and title underwriters.
• Prepare and balance closing disclosures settlement statements and funding packages.
• Ensure all fees escrows payoffs and prorations are correct prior to closing.
• Schedule closing appointments.
• Resolves issues or discrepancies that arise during the assumption process.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to reflect transaction status.
• Balance schedule compile closing documents with lender and title packages.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

What youll bring:

• 2 years of experience in real estate title escrow or closing (loan assumption experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of title commitments/property reports closing disclosures and settlement procedures.
• Experience with ResWare or similar industry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally with clients and business partners.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
