Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Business Applications the Integrations Architect is a strategic and technical role responsible for designing implementing and governing enterprise-wide integration solutions. This role ensures seamless secure and scalable data exchange across internal systems trading partners and third-party platforms. The Integrations Architect translates business needs into robust integration architectures defines standards and reusable patterns and oversees the full lifecycle of integration development deployment and support.

Requirements
- 4 years of experience managing advanced integration products.
- 4 years of experience implementing integrations on a global scale.
- 4 years of experience integrating with ERP systems.
- 4 years of experience collaborating with business users and developing process improvement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of current EDI protocols standards and integration tools.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflows pertaining to supply chains logistics and retail domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data communication and system integration issues quickly.
- Worked as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with EDI Partners such as TrueCommerce or SPS Commerce
- Experience working with middleware platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions that facilitate data exchange between trading partners manufacturers warehouses and ERPs.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to understand business needs and translate them into integration system requirements.
- Manage integrations with integration partners like SPS Commerce and TrueCommerce to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
- Define architectural standards and reusable patterns for system interoperability data transformation and secure transmission.
- Identify and implement integration improvements including scalability automating manual processes and optimizing business processes and data delivery.
- Document data flows and integrations across the organization analyzing for risks and efficiency and making recommendations for improvement.
- Set up and manage EDI mapping and translation for all needed document types sent with multiple EDI solutions
- Establish and execute testing protocols for integration pipelines
- Facilitate requirements gathering solution design reviews and post-integration support.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
