2nd Shift Supervisor

About the role:

As a 2nd Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall day to day performance of Production Team Members assisting Flow Leads in achieving maximum productivity efficiency quality profitability and safety for the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Leading by example demonstrating commitment positive attitude leadership work ethic habits personal character and adherence to Alleima Core Values.

Managing your allocated workload and meeting all targets as agreed with the Production Manager.

Communicating effectively with the Production Manager Team Members Maintenance Manager and Engineering on all production and equipment related concerns.

Being visible approachable and engaged throughout production floors.

Actively participating in Daily Pulse Meetings and providing feedback on production engineering and maintenance concerns.

Driving production goals by communicating job expectations planning monitoring and appraising job results.

Coaching counseling and disciplining Team Members resolving issues and disputes and recommending actions.

About you:

You are a proven leader with experience as a Production Supervisor skilled in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. Your knowledge of electrical mechanical and logistics equipment along with lean manufacturing and 5S principles makes you an asset to our team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture and ensuring smooth performance within the organization. Your organizational and leadership abilities combined with a self motivated results driven approach will help you excel in this role. You have a minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least one year in a supervisory position. A high school diploma or equivalent is and a degree in a technical engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
