Job Summary

So what does a Service Concierge actually do Great question! Here is a brief listing of how they prepare all cars for delivery for guest:
- Greets customers
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area free of trash water leaves and dirt
- Place mats in the car oil change stickers and seat covers.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed
- Retrieves and delivers vehicles from property locations
- Takes vehicles to car wash and vacuum
- Check in and out loaner vehicles
- Gas checks on all loaner cars
- Service area upkeep and basic maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
