About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP TM Consultant to leadfunctional analysis solution design and implementation within transportationmanagement projects. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholdersand technical teams ensuring the delivery of efficient and scalable SAP TMsolutions.
Key Responsibilities
RequirementsAnalysis
Gather analyse and validate functionalrequirements with logistics transport and operations teams
Translate business needs into clear andstructured functionalspecifications
SolutionDesign
Propose SAP TM solutions aligned with best practices and existing systemarchitecture
Participate in functional and technical design workshops
Documentation
Create and maintain Functional Specification (FS)documentation
Assist developers in producing complementary technical documentation
DevelopmentSupport
Guide the development team through implementation
Validate both technical and functional deliverables
Testing& Validation
Define testscenarios and acceptance criteria
Support SIT(System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Coordination& Communication
Act as a liaisonbetween business stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure consistent alignment across requirementsdevelopment and final delivery
Requirements
Degree in EngineeringManagement Information Systems or related field
10years of experience as a SAP TM Consultant
Proven track record in SAP TM (Transportation Management)implementations
Strong understanding of transportation processes planning execution and monitoring
Experience in functional documentation and guidingtechnical teams
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technicalaudiences
Fluencyin Portuguese and English
Valued Certification
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Transportation Management
