About The Role

As Warehouse Operations & Delivery for our Auckland branch you will oversee both warehouse management and delivery logistics. This combined role ensures smooth operations from receiving and storing products to coordinating timely deliveries throughout the Auckland region. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory upholding health and safety standards and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receive store and rotate stock in line with FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
• Pick pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate and execute prompt product deliveries across the Auckland region.
• Update inventory records daily to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Operations & CX Manager to deliver an efficient customer delivery plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service and proudly represent the TotalEnergies NZ brand.
• Report health and safety risks near misses and incidents within 24 hours and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A clean and full Class 1 drivers licence
• A good level of fitness able to lift 20-litre containers up to 25kg
• Previous experience in warehousing delivery or stock management (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong customer service skills
• A forward-thinking mindset that embraces continuous improvement and innovation

Desirable: Forklift endorsement
