The Opportunity
Were looking for motivated curious and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team.
As an SDR youll be the first point of contact for potential customers identifying opportunities sparking interest and helping businesses discover how IRIS software can make their lives easier.
Were hiring through an Assessment Day on Monday 20th October 2025!
This will include interactive activities team challenges and interviews with our Sales Managers a great way to meet the team and showcase your skills in person.
What Youll Be Doing
Conduct outbound calls emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
Research and identify target accounts using CRM and prospecting tools.
Qualify leads understand their challenges and communicate how IRIS can help.
Book and schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
Contribute to sales campaigns and improve outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline creation.
What Were Looking For
12 years experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication skills confident on the phone engaging and persuasive.
A genuine interest in SaaS and technology.
Highly motivated coachable and goal-driven.
Strong organization and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) is a plus.
