Position Summary

Were looking for a hunter who thrives on building new relationships chasing opportunities and winning business. The Logistics Sales Representative will prospect develop and grow a portfolio of shippers by delivering exceptional service and relentless follow-up. This role requires a mix of grit charm and strategy someone who loves the thrill of the chase as much as the satisfaction of a long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business through proactive outreach networking and on-site cold calls and visits.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers carriers and internal operations teams to ensure long-term success.

  • Entertaining customers in ways that strengthen partnerships travel meals events and in-person engagement are part of the job.

  • Relentlessly follow up on every lead quote and opportunity until a clear win or loss.

  • Negotiate pricing and service options that balance competitiveness with profitability.

  • Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure flawless service execution.

  • Track activity and results in CRM systems maintaining accurate records of pipeline revenue and customer interactions.

  • Represent the brand professionally and passionately at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
