Job Title: Logistics Sales Representative

Position Summary
Were looking for a hunter who thrives on building new relationships chasing opportunities and winning business. The Logistics Sales Representative will prospect develop and grow a portfolio of shippers by delivering exceptional service and relentless follow-up. This role requires a mix of grit charm and strategy someone who loves the thrill of the chase as much as the satisfaction of a long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt for new business through proactive outreach networking and on-site cold calls and visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers carriers and internal operations teams to ensure long-term success.
Entertaining customers in ways that strengthen partnerships travel meals events and in-person engagement are part of the job.
Relentlessly follow up on every lead quote and opportunity until a clear win or loss.
Negotiate pricing and service options that balance competitiveness with profitability.
Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure flawless service execution.
Track activity and results in CRM systems maintaining accurate records of pipeline revenue and customer interactions.
Represent the brand professionally and passionately at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
