Position: Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient No Weekends or On-Call
The Opportunity:
Are you a bilingual Nurse Practitioner ready to bring compassionate affirming care to a community that truly needs it 26Health a nationally recognized leader in inclusive integrative and affirming healthcare is expanding into Atlanta Georgia and were seeking an experienced community-driven Family Practice NP to help launch our newest clinic!
This is more than a job its a movement. Youll play a key role in shaping how care is delivered building trust within the community and creating access to high-quality healthcare for everyone regardless of background or identity.
Who You Are:
- A licensed Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Georgia with at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) and passionate about bridging language and cultural gaps in care
- Deeply committed to inclusive patient-centered care
- Excited to collaborate with behavioral health care management and wellness teams to deliver whole-person care
- Ready to grow with a mission-led innovative organization redefining what healthcare looks like
