What Youll Do

• Serve as a resource and internal consultant to promote understanding and effective use of healthcare technology across departments.

• Implement informatics solutions that improve quality safety and workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify problems recommend solutions and ensure successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.

• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in training education and end-user support to ensure clinical staff are confident and successful with system tools.

• Stay current on regulatory requirements best practices and emerging trends in clinical informatics.

What You Bring

• Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license.

• Strong analytical organizational and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative and professional approach.

• Ability to act with integrity empathy and a commitment to excellence.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.

• A self-starter mindset able to balance independent work with teamwork and cross-department collaboration.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
