Job Summary
Flow Traders is looking for a Global Head of Communications to further strengthen the firms visibility and reputation worldwide. The focus of this role is to lead and coordinate all internal and external communications and branding ensuring a consistent and impactful Flow Traders brand across regions stakeholders and media.
You will report to the CEO and will build out and manage the global Communications team.
What youll do
- Define and deliver a global communications strategy that aligns with Flow Traders business vision and growth objectives
- Lead corporate storytelling media relations and brand positioning initiatives
- Develop and manage strategies for corporate reputation industry profile and business continuity communications
- Partner with the CEO and the other Executive Directors Investor Relations HR and Public Affairs to ensure clear and consistent internal and external messaging
- Oversee external communications for key events (e.g. annual report AGM press releases)
- Represent Flow Traders in relevant industry associations and strengthen relationships with international media
- Provide guidelines and frameworks for internal communications to ensure consistency across regions while keeping the primary focus on external visibility
What you bring
- 10 years of senior communications or PR experience ideally in the financial industry or at an international agency
- Strong knowledge of the financial sector (Digital Assets space is a plus) and its stakeholders
- Excellent English skills (Dutch is a plus)
- A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at board level
- Leadership experience managing agencies and teams
- A strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
