Key Responsibilities:

Detail the planning of all activities according to the milestones defined by the customer
Define the deliverables of the program and use all the appropriate LEAR tools (LPMP Learpro OI Roadmap PLM etc.) to oversee and control the progress.
Interface between the OEM customer and the internal departments of Lear (and specifically the trim plant)
Communicate regularly with the work team and periodically with the function managements promoting meetings in which to promptly inform the top management of particular critical issues and/or needs or in which to report the progress of the program (tools: MGR Program Reviews)
Manage the start of production of changes
Identify all possible issues and critical points and assign the necessary corrective actions
Monitor project performance throughout its serial life through periodic cost enhancement and updating activities in collaboration with the Finance department
Manage customer relations with the established frequency and the contents of the messages prepared by the Company
Promote and organize periodic meetings with the customer to verify the progress of the project and to discuss the major critical issues
Assign responsibilities and objectives to the working group
Collaborate with the PETC center for the creation/approval of IMDSs

To be successful for this role:
