Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail the planning of all activities according to the milestones defined by the customer
  • Define the deliverables of the program and use all the appropriate LEAR tools (LPMP Learpro OI Roadmap PLM etc.) to oversee and control the progress.
  • Interface between the OEM customer and the internal departments of Lear (and specifically the trim plant)
  • Communicate regularly with the work team and periodically with the function managements promoting meetings in which to promptly inform the top management of particular critical issues and/or needs or in which to report the progress of the program (tools: MGR Program Reviews)
  • Manage the start of production of changes
  • Identify all possible issues and critical points and assign the necessary corrective actions
  • Monitor project performance throughout its serial life through periodic cost enhancement and updating activities in collaboration with the Finance department
  • Manage customer relations with the established frequency and the contents of the messages prepared by the Company
  • Promote and organize periodic meetings with the customer to verify the progress of the project and to discuss the major critical issues
  • Assign responsibilities and objectives to the working group
  • Collaborate with the PETC center for the creation/approval of IMDSs
