Job Summary
- You play a direct role in saving lives and preventing accidents.
- Every shift brings new experiences and opportunities to make a difference.

- Ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
- Remain alert attentive and professional during the entire shift.
- Follow and enforce all safety and facility guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with staff families and students.
- Be a dependable team player who supports the mission of Kidtastics.
- Participate in ongoing training and safety refreshers.
- Current Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Caring respectful attitude toward children and families.
- Ability to stay focused in warm humid and sometimes noisy environments for extended periods.
- Quick calm and confident response in emergency situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to at least one year of employment including weekends.
