We are looking for an Administrative Intern to join our Legal Team.

Based in Sorocaba reporting to Corporate Affairs LATAM you will participate daily in you will participate in the entire routine of the legal department. You will focus on the following activities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Will be responsible for supporting activities related to supplier payments contract control (suppliers) and payments related to litigation (agreements appeals etc.) in SAP
  • Control and monitor fixed costs and reclassification of expenses (if necessary)
  • Corporate card accounting
  • In accordance with guidelines standards procedures and quality and safety standards
  • In accordance with established policies guidelines strategies and legislation

Who are we looking for

We are looking fora student with the following skills and motivations:

  • Business Administration;
  • Knowledge in excel and other MS Office Package tools;
  • Intermediate English Spanish is a plus;
  • Ability to organize;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attitude of teamwork.
