GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
The typical schedule for this position is 5 AM to 2 PM (hours may adjust seasonally). Our Electrician Foreman enjoys a full-time position that is based in Glendale AZ and services the Greater Phoenix Area.
As an Electrician Foreman the day will start from your driveway-no office stops needed! Youll head straight to the job site where youll lead a team to plan build and troubleshoot electrical systems. Safety is your priority as you guide your crew coordinate with clients and other trades and keep the project on track. This is a working foreman position meaning youre not just managing-youll be rolling up your sleeves and setting the pace all while ensuring the job gets done right the first time.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7 years of electrical experience
- Ability to plan lead and build electrical layouts
- Awareness of safety protocols on job sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Drivers license
- Great people skills
- Proven leadership ability
