Job Summary
Mt. Abraham is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead our cooperative Varsity Girls Lacrosse team this spring. Duties include providing daily coaching support and supervision for their athletes organizing practices attending both home and away competitions. The ideal candidate will display a passion for working with young student-athletes and show the ability to foster an educational-based athletic environment that coincides with the mission & vision of the athletic department and district as a whole. The varsity coach has the additional responsibility to oversee all program operations from the varsity level down through the youth circuits. The ideal candidate will foster an environment of continuous growth and coaching position starts March 30th and ends June 15th. Salary is commensurate with experience and per the Mount Abraham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement for Co-Curricular Assignments Group 2. The range is $4041-$5388
