Schedule: Per Diem (flex) Mon - Fri cover shifts and pick up shifts as needed. No weekends!

What Youll Do in This Role:
As a Residential Housekeeper you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and vibrant community! Youll bring energy and attention to detail as you ensure our spaces are spotless safe and inviting. Your work helps cultivate a comfortable environment where everyone feels right at home and you are part of a team that strives to make every day brighter and more enjoyable for our residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cleans residents rooms recreational areas offices and hallways as assigned.
- Clean and polish furnishings fixtures ledges room heating/cooling units resident cottages apartments and recreational areas.
- Clean and sanitize all bathrooms using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Clean windows mirrors and entrance/exit ways.
- Sweep mop dust and disinfect floors.
- Vacuum deodorize and disinfect carpets.
- Clean walls and ceilings by washing wiping and spot cleaning.
- Remove dirt dust grease and film from surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Discard waste and reline trash receptacles with plastic liners.
- Clean and prepare vacant rooms for new residents as assigned.
- Deliver and stock housekeeping supplies as needed.
What Youll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience in a residential healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing bending lifting and carrying objects up to 35 pounds.
- Must possess knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages especially the geriatric population.
