Your opportunity
As our Field Marketeer for Expansion Markets you will be at the forefront of our global growth strategy. This is not a role focused on a single established region. Instead you will be instrumental in identifying developing and executing impactful marketing strategies across our newest and most dynamic markets. You will be the architect of our marketing tactics laying the groundwork for sustainable growth lead gen and brand recognition.
What youll be doing
Developing Market Entry Playbooks: You will create comprehensive scalable playbooks outlining the optimal sequence of activities for launching and growing our presence in new regions. This will include defining key milestones media/channel strategy and success metrics.
Strategic Media Planning: You will define and implement effective media strategies tailored to each market determining the right channels and messaging to reach target audiences.
Public Relations Strategy: You will assess the optimal timing for engaging PR agencies on retainer and develop clear objectives and KPIs for PR initiatives.
Event & Sponsorship Identification: You will research and recommend relevant industry events and sponsorship opportunities to build brand awareness generate leads and foster valuable connections within local ecosystems. Plus youll execute on this too.
Local Partner Marketing Initiatives: You will develop and execute collaborative marketing programs with local partners to amplify our reach and impact within each expansion market.
Content Strategy & Execution: This includes reproducing and localizing effective global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy as well as creating original localized content that resonates with the specific needs and interests of target audiences in each expansion market supporting lead generation brand building and customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with our sales product and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of our market entry strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: You will track and analyze the performance of your initiatives providing regular reports and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and playbooks.
Embrace AI and data analytics to shape go-to-market strategies in expansion regions using insights to influence content channels and engagement tactics tailored to local buyer behaviour
What youll bring
Proven experience in field marketing with exposure to international/multi markets experience with new market entry a plus.
A strong affinity with AI and emerging technologies youre hands-on and explorative with new tools to increase efficiency and impact in your day-to-day work always looking for ways to drive smarter faster and more effective marketing
A strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach. You are comfortable taking initiative and driving projects forward independently.
Exceptional cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new markets identify key trends and pinpoint high-potential opportunities.
A curiosity for emerging technologies with practical experience or strong interest in using AI tools to analyze markets understand buyer behavior and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly valued.
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing experience in B2B; SaaS; FinTech is a big plus.
Regular travel will be required.
